you need: 1.5 kg of apples, 2 lemons, 250 grams of rice pudding, 1250 ml of milk, 500 grams of flour, 150 grams of sugar, ½ cube of yeast, 4 eggs, 4 tablespoons of sunflower oil, 1 centimeter of salt, 100 grams of split almonds, Cinnamon-sugar to taste

This is how apple pie with rice pudding is made

Here’s how it’s done: Divide the milk and sugar. Later put 1000 ml of milk and 100 grams of sugar. Heat the rest of the milk. Pour the flour into a large bowl, make a well in the center and add the yeast. Add one cup of sugar and one cup of warm milk. Mix sugar, yeast and milk in a bowl. Blow a powder on it and leave it for 10 minutes.

Add the rest of the milk, sugar and two egg yolks to the mixture. Oil to it. Mix everything well, cover and leave in a warm place for about an hour.

Until then, prepare the roof. To do this, boil 1000 ml of milk with 2 tablespoons of sugar and a little salt. Add rice pudding and cook on low heat for 30 minutes. Keep it aside and let it cool.

Wash the lemons in hot water and finely chop them. Mix the lemon zest into the rice pudding. Squeeze the lemon juice and put it in a large bowl with one liter of water.

Apple, quarter, remove the core and then cut into circles. To prevent the apples from turning brown, put the apple slices in lemon water.

Bake the apple pie again and roll it out on a baking sheet.

Beat the whites of all four eggs until stiff. Fold in the remaining sugar. Fold the beaten egg white into the cooled rice pudding. Spread the rice pudding on the yeast dough. Spread the apple slices. Sprinkle with chopped nuts. Sprinkle some cinnamon sugar on top if you like. Put the baking pan in the cold oven, heat the oven to 180 degrees (upper and lower temperature).
