This is how health-conscious French people eat breakfast: they enjoy wonderful cups of muesli with blueberries and coffee. We have the recipe.

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 1 ripe banana
  • 60 g of ground hazelnuts
  • 80 grams of good peanuts
  • 1 cent salt
  • ½ teaspoon of cinnamon
  • 250 grams of yogurt
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 25 small blueberries
  • 2 fig branches
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 8 hazelnuts, optional: walnuts
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons ground flax seeds

And so it was done.

  1. Preheat oven to 175 degrees on top/bottom. Peel the bananas and mash them in a pan with a fork. Add the ground hazelnuts, fine oats, salt and cinnamon. Mix everything into a dough.
  2. Grease 6 wells in a muffin tin. Pour 1 1/2 tablespoons of flour into each hole, making sure they are basket-shaped. Bake in the oven on the middle shelf for 15-18 minutes. They should be clear.
  3. Meanwhile, mix the yogurt with honey. Wash the blueberries and let them dry on kitchen paper. Wash the mint leaves and cut them into small cubes, roughly chop the almonds.
  4. Allow the muesli cups to cool slightly. Then spread the flax meal and almonds into the cups. Fill with the honey curd, garnish with blueberries and mint and serve. That’s it already!
