The Bui family runs the two restaurants and was already toying with the idea of ​​expansion before the pandemic. The couple wanted to try something new with cooking – and so the newly opened Suba is different from the Babelsburg branch. Quephuong Bui felt that he and his wife lacked a “good home-made burger” downtown.
