We are always looking for dishes that are not only quick and easy for you, but also taste great. Definitely, you must be a fan of Spanish sausage for this orzo pasta with chorizo. But if you like them, you will love this dish too!
It’s completely uncomplicated and really addictive. And what’s better with hot paprika sausage than paprika itself? That is why it is included in the pot. Everything is capped off with some crème fraîche and Taleggio, a soft cheese from northern Italy and the protected designation of origin. Incredibly firm and spicy, it offers a crunchy texture and smooth mouthfeel with our Orzo Pasta with Chorizo.
Although it may not seem so at first glance, in this Mediterranean cuisine we combine everything that Europe has to offer from this point of view. We have orzo pasta (kritaraki from Greece), chorizo (from Spain or Portugal) and taleggio (from Bella Italia). Not much more Mediterranean fusion food. If you’re a fan of crossover cuisines, don’t miss this South Korean-Italian combo.
And for all the hardcore chorizo fans out there, in addition to our orzo pasta, we also have other finger-licking delicacies.
