Ingredients for 20-25 cookies:
- 300 grams of good oat flakes or spelled flour
- 130 grams of peanut butter
- 300 grams of sugar
- 110 grams of butter
- 100 ml of milk
- 25 grams of cocoa powder
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
preparation:
- Line two large baking sheets with parchment paper and set aside.
- Place the butter, sugar, milk and cocoa powder in a large saucepan and heat over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally until the butter melts.
- Bring the mixture to a boil and cook for 1 minute.
- Remove the pan from the heat and add the peanut butter and vanilla extract.
- Fold in the oatmeal or flour and make a smooth dough.
- Shape the mixture into biscuits and put it in the fridge for 30-40 minutes.

Ingredients for 16 cookies:
- 170 grams of oat flour
- Spread 150 grams of Nutella or hazelnut of your choice
- 110 grams of maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
