  • 300 grams of good oat flakes or spelled flour
  • 130 grams of peanut butter
  • 300 grams of sugar
  • 110 grams of butter
  • 100 ml of milk
  • 25 grams of cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract


  • Line two large baking sheets with parchment paper and set aside.
  • Place the butter, sugar, milk and cocoa powder in a large saucepan and heat over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally until the butter melts.
  • Bring the mixture to a boil and cook for 1 minute.
  • Remove the pan from the heat and add the peanut butter and vanilla extract.
  • Fold in the oatmeal or flour and make a smooth dough.
  • Shape the mixture into biscuits and put it in the fridge for 30-40 minutes.
