If you love pizza, you’ll love this recipe for dirty pizza with anchovies and capers. We’ll show you how easy it is to do.

Ingredients for 1 pizza:

  • 8 pickled anchovy fillets
  • 100 grams of mozzarella
  • Flour for rolling and kneading
  • 1 pizza dough
  • 2-3 tbsp canned tomatoes
  • 1 pinch of dried oregano
  • olive oil (to taste)
  • 4 cherry tomatoes
  • Some basil

And so it was done.


  1. Heat the oven up to 220 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Pour the anchovy fillets into the tin. Cut the mozzarella into pieces. Spread the flour on the work surface. Turn the dough over and place it on the baking sheet and flatten it. Arrange tomato slices on top and drizzle with olive oil.
  3. Bake in the oven for 15-18 minutes. Then add mozzarella, oregano and anchovies, carefully salt and pour oil again. Cook for another 5-8 minutes. no more.
