Shake Cheesecake with Berry Sauce: So easy to make!

In our lightning recipe, a simple witch hazel base complements an airy quark set and a soup made from frozen berries. A suitable combination for adults and children. Of course, there is no need to use mixed fruits. If you like, you can easily make the strawberries, blueberries, and pickles if you freeze the pan.

And this is what you need for a springform pan with 20 or 22 cm:

For the soup;

  • 250 grams of frozen berries
  • 4 tbsp lemon juice
  • 80 grams of sugar
  • 20 g sugar retention

For the amount of yogurt:

  • 100 grams of moisturizing cream
  • 60 grams of flour
  • 150 grams of sugar
  • 5 eggs, size M
  • 2 packs of vanilla sugar
  • 1 cent salt
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 750 g cream curd

For the land:

  • 80 g of boiled almonds
  • 8 female fingers

And here’s how the event works:

1. First, turn on the stove 130 °C circulating air or 150 °C top/bottom temperature Preheat. Place frozen fruits in a pot and bring to a boil with lemon juice. Mix in sugar and jam sugar and wash the ingredients with a hand mixer. Keep it aside and let it cool.

2. Now place the cream and flour in a good three liter capacity jar with a lid and shake well once. Now add sugar, eggs, vanilla sugar, salt, lemon juice and quark to the can, close it well and shake the ingredients again until a smooth mixture is formed.

3. Grease a springform pan and sprinkle in the flaked almonds. Mash the ladyfingers with a fork and spread irregular sized crumbs into the pan. Press down slightly to create an even base.

4. Spread the quark mixture on the base and make it smooth. Place the cake on the middle shelf of the oven and Bake for 90 to 105 minutes. After the chopstick test is successful, the cake can be taken out of the oven. Leave to cool on a wire rack.

5. Decorate the frozen cheesecake with berry sauce – and enjoy!
