For the base: 200 grams of wheat flour, 55 grams of sugar, 1 teaspoon of flour, 1 small egg, 100 grams of butter. For the filling: 3 apples, 450 ml of apple juice, 1.5 packets of vanilla pudding powder without sugar (for example from Dr. Oetker), 100 g of sugar, 400 ml of cream, 2 packs of cream, 1 packet of vanilla sugar, a lot of cinnamon sugar for dusting.

How to do it:

First grease the springform pan and dust it with flour. Heat the oven to 180 degrees above and below.

For the base, knead the flour, sugar, baking powder, eggs and butter into small pieces with a dough hook (or your hands) and make a soft dough, then roll or press into the bottom of the tin. Put it in the oven and cook for 10 minutes.
