  • 250 grams of flour

  • 125 g of butter

  • 75 grams of sugar

  1. Place the flour, butter, sugar, salt, egg and cardamom in a large bowl, mix and then knead for a while to form a stiff dough. The dough should not be kneaded for a long time and should not be too hot.

  2. Place the finished dough in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.

  3. Meanwhile, mix a few tablespoons of milk with the pudding powder until smooth.

  4. Mix the rest of the milk with sugar, bring to the boil for a short time and add the pudding mixture and continue to stir without heat. Let the finished mixture cool down a bit.

  5. Meanwhile, preheat the springform tin and preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
